won’t have to pay any commission, even if you have a Sole Agency contract.

Each property
can be given an ID number to collate with your own business reference for that
property, list them as ‘New Instruction’ Reduced’ or ‘Under
Offer. You can even select how your leads contact you, either by phone or email,
putting you right there, in control.
NO COMMISSION to pay
Every time an estate agent sells a home on your behalf you will hand them a substantial
amount of money in commission, anywhere from 1.5 - 2.5% of the property sale value
and sometimes even higher.
